Telecia Longnecker/Office
Telecia manages the CSP office. She is an accountant and manages the books of a few small businesses in Springfield. She works at CSP three days a week, and has been a wonderful addition to the staff.

Becky Smith/Office
Becky Smith works for CSP off-site. She is Chris’s and Shan’s cousin and works primarily from her home in Kansas City. She helps Chris with payroll and accounting.

Alonso Correa
Alonso is a long-time employee for Shan. Alonso started as a groom years ago and has become Shan’s right hand man. Alonso still grooms but also works horses and show grooms.

Karla Kelly
Karla is a Louisburg, KS, girl who came with Chris to Springfield. She has worked for CSP for several years. She grooms, exercises horses, coordinates the breeding, assists the vets and farriers as needed, and show grooms. She is known for her “I’ll do anything” attitude.

Aubrey Erwin
Aubrey is the newest addition to the CSP staff, and grooms for Chris. She is an Ag-Business major at Missouri State University and is interested in cattle ranching as well as horses. Although she works part-time at CSP, she gives her all when she is there and is a tremendous asset to the program. Aubrey also does most of the CSP Facebook "Sale Horse" updates.
