The Staff
ChriShan Park has acquired a GREAT group of employees. The care and well-being of each of the horses is a top priority of each member of the competent staff.
At CSP Springfield:
 Blake Messerli, Halter Trainer
Blake has been training halter horses at ChriShan Park for 2 years. In 2004 he led a Reserve Champion Gelding at National Show Horse Finals, CSP Robert Redford, and the Region 8 Champion Stallion, Synergy NA, and won 4 additional National Top Tens |

Leah Beth Boyd, Assistant Trainer Leah Beth has ridden with Chris Wilson since she was 7 years old. Now, she joins ChriShan Park - KC as an assistant trainer. Under the tutelage of Chris Wilson and Lyric Laughlin at Ridgemont, and then with Chris at Cedar Ridge, and finally with Chris at ChriShan Park - KC, Leah Beth has won about 20 National tri-color ribbons in Saddle Seat Equitation, PB and HA Country Pleasure, English Pleasure, and Park. As well as a positive and practical outlook, she brings consistency, a sense of 'teamwork', and a 'good look on a horse' with her. We are so glad she's here. Welcome home, Leah Beth! |

Becky Smith, Office
Becky is Chris and Shan’s cousin. She has two small children, so her work in the office is part-time. She does a myriad of tasks and is invaluable. |

Angie Weller, Office
Angie Weller joined the CSPKC office staff in mid-2006, after the birth of Becky’s second child. Angie is a Louisburg local, has a boarding stable of her own, and loves data input. She has been a real asset in the office. |

Karla Kelly, Groom
Karla is one of the hard-working grooms of CSPKC. Karla ponies horses and works at shows as well, and is known for her “I’ll do anything” attitude. |
