ChriShan Park is going to Indiana. Kellie Wendling and Elise Worman will be opening ChriShan Park - Indianapolis for lessons on June 4th. Elise will be the trainer/lesson instructor and Kellie will serve as the office manager.

Kellie and Elise have put together a sting of 8 lesson horses, and by work of mouth and some neighborhood advertising have approximately 30 lessons scheduled for their first week of business. They currently have clients who are attending shows and will develop that clientele as the demand arises. Their facility is adjacent to and was once a part of Kellie's grandparent's property. It has 10 stalls and an indoor and outdoor arena.

Not only do Elise and Kellie have the personalities to make this endeavor a success, they also have the experience and expertise. Each of them is fun-loving, quick-witted and easy-going. They have have helped Libby Ferguson for years at shows, and with her lesson program, summer camps, and pony parties.

And they know what it takes to win. Elise was the 2002 Youth National Champion in Saddle Seat Equitation 14-17, and Reserve Champion in the UPHA Challenge Cup 14-17. In 2003, she was Youth National UPHA Reserve Champion again as well as Canadian Reserve Champion in Saddle Seat Equitation 14-17 and HA English Pleasure JTR 17/under. Kellie, also, has been successful in the show ring. In 2003, she was Canadian National Reserve Champion and US National Top Ten in HA English Pleasure AAO 18-39. She was US National Top Ten in the same class again in 2004.
